The show is an American franchise of Shark Tank called Shark Tank India, officially debuting in 2021 to inspire and motivate the country’s entrepreneurs.
The first season of this business reality show was shown on Sony Entertainment Television in India last year and is in the Hindi language. The Hindi-language second season of Shark Tank will also be broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television in India. Although there is no official announcement on when the second season of this show will start, some sharks of the first season claim it will premiere very soon this year.
Concept of Shark Tank India Season 2
The show, which shows a self-made millionaire pitching to a shark or a group of investors, is presented by Rannvijay Singh. The Sharks evaluate the company and product offers before deciding whether to fund their venture or invest in businesses in exchange for stock.

The show features business presentations from entrepreneurs across the country to a group of investors known as sharks. One can invest in companies in exchange for their equity, businesses can share their ideas with sharks and get investments in exchange for their stock.

Aman Gupta (CMO & Co-Founder at Boat)- Delhi-based Aman Gupta is the co-founder of boAt, a $295 million personal audio equipment company.
Peyush Bansal- In 2010, Peyush Bansal (along with two other individuals) founded Lenskart, an international retail chain for optical prescription eyewear based in New Delhi.
Vineeta Singh- Vineeta Singh is a businesswoman from India who co-founded and served as CEO of Sugar Cosmetics Corp.
Ghazal Alagh- An Indian entrepreneur CEO & Co-founder of Beauty Brand, MamaEarth (a subsidiary of Honasa consumer Pvt Limited).
Namita Thapar- A CEO of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, an Indian global pharmaceutical firm situated in Pune, Maharashtra.
The registration of Shark Tank India Season 2 has begun. The authorities have already received thousands of applicants; the shark tank India registration process is still in progress. Applicants who have not registered themselves must register as soon as possible.
