I’m a member of jio prime membership, recently from the last 3 days I’m facing problem in surfing net. From the day I have recharged my Jio number with 303/- I am not able to use internet with 4g speed. Is this the way you treat your customers with benefits? Is this the scheme that even after Joining your membership there is no response from customer care number?
I’m from Bilaspur, chattisgarh.
I tried calling your customer service @ 199, 198, 1800-103-8877, 1800-88-99999 but bingo I got no response. There is none of your experts available to talk to.
I am not getting 4g speed on my locality, in the city acuatlly. Please make sure you solve this problem as soon as possible else I’m sorry I would be forced to discontinue with you.

jio has made fool to all people of india including me.. the said speed is 4G but the real speed is even less than 1G.. i am going to break my Jio sim and starting use airtel or any other network except jio..
To All Hidden personals of Jio Family.
From the day Ist.when I got the sim from Jio office and on 23/12/2016 the jio sim has not worked at my residence so i have been making complaint to customer care No:-198, 199, 18008899999, that there is no net work at my colony namely Gulburg sector 3rd. Lane 4th. Pin.190014.
It is nessary to mention here that I have completed all the formlities and paid Rs.99/- plus Rs.319/- nothing is out standing against me as on date.
I have made complaints more than 60 times approx. & my complaint was accepted by the customer care & assured me that the matter stands taken up with the net work staff . besides i was asked to give the full particulars Cell No. with residential address which i gave. But till date none of the jio team espacilly net work team has bothered to call me. However they are sending me the massages that my problum has been solved. Which in fact is not a ground reality.
The net work staff has meserably failed so Shall i take up the matter with Mr.Mukash Ambani Ji.
I had availed your prime customer offer worth Rs.99.00 and further recharged it for Rs.303.00 .. but now i came to know that you people have extended your free service upto 15th of August. Please return my money ASAP.

I visited JIO outlet near my home(Model Town-3, Delhi) but your executive has not told me anything about the exchange offer of JIO Dongle, he told me you have to purchase JIO Dongle @ Rs 1999. I am exclusive customer of TATA Docomo.I have been using TATA Docomo Dongle since 2007. This month i visited JIO store in Adarsh Nagar to exchange my TATA Docomo Dongle but your executive told me that the exchange offer was offered till 30th JUNE 2017 but i visited JIO outlet in the month of JUNE 2017.This mail is to express the DISAPPOINTMENT against the false commitment done by your executive again and again leading to huge inconvenience caused to me. Request to formulate a legitimate exchange offer against a purchase of JIO Dongle. I am very grateful to you.
