Coronavirus new cases in India is still on the rise and now India is reporting around 10,000 new cases daily from the last few weeks. If cases keep going like this India will become the 2nd largest hit coronavirus country in the world after America. Till today the USA has more than 21 lacs COVID-19 cases with more than 1 lac 20 thousand deaths. On 7th June 2020, India has reported 10864 new cases with 261 deaths followed by around 10K cases on 8th June.
Many doctors and health experts including WHO is claiming that worst is yet to come in India and India may report around 20-25K cases daily in July if testing keeps going on its full pace. As government has already given too much relaxation in lockdown now so it seems very difficult to control the case rise in upcoming weeks.

Currently, the country is in its 5th phase of lockdown which is also called “Unlock 1.0” by the government authority. After Maharashtra Delhi become the most affected state in the country followed by Gujarat and Tamilnadu. Bihar has also observed a spike in new cases in the state from the past few days.
It is being said by the health department of Indian that recovery rate has increased in the past few weeks which is a good thing but on the other side, new cases are also increasing day by day. Now new cases start coming from the orange zone districts which is really not a good sign for the government to control the coronavirus pandemic.
