Controversy with AirAsia Airline:
Gaurav Taneja started making news when he exposed the security risk of an Indian Airlines company “AirAsia” in one of his videos. He exposed that how companies are putting their customer’s life on risk for cost-cutting. After the news came in light companies have suspended him for his Pilot Job in June 2020. This case is still going on and final verdict yet to announced.
Arrest on Birthday and The Mint Controversy:
UP Police arrested him on 9th July after his followers gathered at Sector 51 metro station in Noida to celebrate his birthday which was planned by his wife “Ritu Rathee” to surprise him by booking a full metro train. After this a Journalist from Mint Media named “Shephali Bhatt” tried to target him with his ideology and YouTube videos. Later Delhi high court orders Minth News Publication and Journalist Shephali Bhatt to delete all the news and social media post related to his. Gaurav Taneja also filed a 2 crores defamation case against that Journalist.
