Contact Number : 011 – 27942988 on 19 September they said it will take min to min 15 days and max to max 20 days to recover my phone 100%. then i called customer care to check my phone’s process,
there i was informed that my phone parts was not available in head office and i will get my phone within 1 week. after that i recalled customer care after 1 week they told me to wait for one more week, though i did not get my phone,.i called service center, they not receved my call my home town is bareilly (U.P) and service center in delhi there is big diffrence bitween my home town and the service center its too costly in personally visit.
If i did’in get my phone within one week i will take action against it and send the legal notice against you and forward this matter further.
