Women Writers Fest 2017 was organized by SheThePeopleTV and Vedic Scholars Programme for women which provide a meeting to discuss issues that form the woman professional of the 21st century or impact women in the workplace. The Women Writers Festival 2017 is a celebration of women authors.
This festival aims to focus the dialogue around female authors who are splitting new ground in content, design, and storytelling. The festival was held on the Vedic campus at Sri Aurobindo Centre For Arts And Communication, Adhchini, New Delhi on 24th-25th February 2017.
On 18th August, the Pune edition has focused on creative writing, how to engage on social media, gender in the digital age and more.Some famous authors such as Sudha Menon, Manjiri Prabhu, Kiran Manral, Kavita Kane along with fiction and non-fiction authors as well as bloggers have celebrated together women’s writing Festival 2017.

With forum focused on problems and styles concerning women. The fest puts the highlight on feminism, gender issues, creativeness and the stories that women create in order to re-define and recover their space in our social biosphere.
