Durga Puja 2021 Dates, Kalasthapan, Durga Ashtami 2021, Subho Nabami: Durga Puja (Navratri) is celebrated twice a year across India in the month of April (Chaiti Durga Puja) and then in Oct-Nov (Kartik Durga Puja). Like in past years this year also Durga puja is to be celebrated and will start (Kalasthapan) on Saturday, 07 Oct 2021 as per the Hindu calendar.

Durga Puja Date Significance
This year Tritiya and Chaturthi puja will be celebrated on the same day Monday, 09 Oct 2021 because of puja shubh muhurat and Kal. Saptami, Maha Ashtami, and Subho Nabami puja will be celebrated on 12, 13, and 14th October consecutively. On the Saptami and Ashtami puja Bali will be given to goddess Durga which is the holy tradition in Bihar and West Bengal.
