Mukesh Ambani has announced the 5G launch in India in July 2020 and told that the service will be active for users in early 2021 for 5G supporting mobiles phones but the launch of the service seems delayed now it is said that 5G SIM activation will start in for supporting mobile hones in early 2022.

Reliance is committed to launching 5G in India without any direct or indirect support from China and that’s why the company has signed a contract with Qualcomm to work together and launch china proof 5G in India. But due to many obstacles and poor fiber connections in India, the 5G network launch had been delayed by 1 year. Airtel is also working towards 5G launch in India very aggressively.
