Howevr today I received a call at 0803 AM from No. 7896901418 while I am walking intimated me that I am speaking from paytm you have lodged a complaint you please tell me No. of ATM Card or Credit card in which the amount is to be refunded Than I told him that I am out of my residence than he asked me you have just received a six digit number in your mobile I told him that number and he has refunded the amount in his paytm . I want to know the present position of the case . If the amount has not yet released than do not refund the amount because he is fraud man . The amount may please be refunded to my Yes Bank Account No. 016590100006141 as I requested earlier also.

      sorry for the inconvenience no customer care executive from paytm will ask for ATM card or Credit Card number. It is for sure please hereby I request all the customers don’t provide your ATM Pin number or account number or credit card number or account number or Ifsc code to any unauthorised person.

    paytm.i called the paytm phone numbers, no body picks up the phone
    and you donot get proper response frm the co.The customer service is

  169. I am trying to pay my land line bill through my paytm wallet for last three days but was not able to do that. Again I tried to pay for online purchase of groceries it also failed. Interestingly when I tried to add money to my paytm wallet it was successful. Does this mean that the paytm will only receive money and will not allow me to use it to pay for my needs. This is a very serious issue deserving stern action from the appropriate authority. An immediate response is solicited.

    i transferred 2400 rupees to my paytm account with mobile no 9456132217 on 19th dec 2016.
    that amount got credited to my patm wallet and my paytm balance was 2400.89 rupees.

    then it asked for an update for paytm app.

    after update all my previous transactions disappeared from my paytm passbook statement and my paytm balace became zero.

    afterwards, i made three more transactions of 2400 each which were executed successfully.

    i am still unable to trace the initial 2400 rupees and all transaction details made prior to 19th dec 2016.

    kindly check my paytm account and reverse the payment made if not credited to wallet.

    I have done a Vodafone mobile recharge for Rs.150 in paytm with order no-2523173755 and Date – 04 Jan ’17 4:23 pm. I paid through Internet banking and the money got debited from my bank account and it shows that the payment was successful from bank’s side.

    But the mobile recharge has failed and error is shown as ” Payment failed”. Bank is not returning money stating that they paid it already to paytm and now paytm has to return it back to them. Paytm is not responding to the number of mails that i sent. I did not receive the cash back or any proper response. Atleast Customer’s queries should be addressed properly. Kindly do something.

    I, Sourav Dutta, tried to transfer a sum of Rs.2500/- to mobile no: 07856096280 but I entered a wrong mobile no. 07853096280 (3 mistakenly entered in place of 6) for booking a hotel in ranchi( Arham Inn, Prop: Arif) on 25/01/2017 at 05.50p.m.Since I could not transfer the money through paytm I paid them in cash later. I tried to contact the wrong mobile number many times but it was not in service till yet.
    Now I request your good self to refund my money as the transaction is already void because the wrong mobile number is not in service. As per the rules written in FAQ if the holder of the number do not claim the transferred money, paytm will send them a notice and after that if he/she fails to do that the said money will be transferred back to the sender within 72 hours.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible.
